on the 'post a message' page there is this portion of text in the notes:

"If you are asking for help with a specific item, please include a link to the item’s details page"

I assume you are refering to a grateful dead show, right? what specific problems are you having? files timing out? not downloading at all? partial downloads? specific error message? we have been having a few problems I know on some shows. we're working on fixing what is up, but reply with more info and we'll get to the bottmo of it.

yea its a dead show sorry botu that... if i try and d/l from ftp it has a red dot with a line across saying i cant access file.. then when i try to d/l from the browser it says i cant.. unable to open site.

I am having the same problem. The error message is either "Internet Explorer cannot download ...82aa66108fa012753d240644e0e5b from www.archive.org. Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later." or "Internet Explorer cannot download gd 72-05-10d2t05.shn from www.archive.org. Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later

I am having the same prob with this and other shows......it worked fine this morning, but my FTP cannot get access to files, I get a message that says denied permission...Kev
